- **The Iyer Clinic — Primary Care.** Insurance-based primary care: routine health care, chronic health treatments, same-day sick visits, and care coordination. Most major insurance plans accepted.
- **Body for Life — Longevity Medicine.** Physician-led, direct-pay longevity, regenerative, functional, and aesthetic medicine. Operated by Nova Health Management & Research Group. Body for Life services are NOT billed to insurance.

## The physician

Ravi Iyer, MD — internal medicine physician, 42 years in practice. Trained at NMCH and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (India), the MGH Cancer Center at Harvard Medical School, and George Washington University Medical Center. Named a Northern Virginia Magazine Top Doctor every year since 2014. Listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Top Professionals of America. Care is available in **English, Tamil, Hindi, and Spanish**, spoken by both the doctor and staff.

One phone number reaches every office: **(703) 404-5900**, answered 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM on clinic days. All mail and correspondence goes to the Herndon main office.

- **Herndon (Main Office):** 13505 Dulles Technology Drive, Suite 1A, Herndon, VA 20171. Open Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Wednesday added from October 1, 2026).
- **Sterling:** 21495 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 102, Sterling, VA 20166. Open Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Opens July 15, 2026.
- **Stone Springs (closing):** 24430 Stone Springs Blvd, Suite 100, Dulles, VA 20166. Open Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, through September 30, 2026. From October 1, 2026, Wednesday care moves to the Herndon main office.

## Location transition (2026)

- Sterling office opens July 15, 2026 (Thursdays).
- Stone Springs office closes October 1, 2026; its Wednesday care moves to Herndon.
- Providers, medical records, and the phone number stay the same across all locations — only the address changes. Patients do not need to transfer their records.

## How care is paid for

- **The Iyer Clinic (primary care):** billed to insurance. Most major plans accepted. Standard deductibles and copays apply.
- **Body for Life (longevity):** direct-pay only; not submitted to insurance. Two ways to access it:
  - **À la carte (pay-as-you-go):** any single service booked on its own, with **no membership required**.
  - **Optional exclusive membership:** an annual membership limited to **50 patients per physician**, for those who want the deepest level of access. Membership is entirely optional.
- Iyer Clinic primary-care patients can add individual Body for Life services à la carte and keep their insurance-covered primary care; results join their existing record.
