Most longevity clinics force an all-or-nothing membership. At Iyer Health, membership is entirely optional — you pick from a pay-as-you-go, à la carte service purchase option, or opt in to become a member of an exclusive annual circle, with the membership roster capped per physician to ensure quality of access, for those who want the deepest level of access.

Ravi Iyer, MD has practiced medicine for 42 years — an internal medicine physician trained at NMCH and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in India, the MGH Cancer Center at Harvard Medical School, and at George Washington University Medical Center. Does Iyer Health accept insurance?

The Iyer Clinic, our primary care practice, accepts most major insurance plans through its affiliation with Loudoun Medical Group. CheckUp USA Longevity program, our longevity and regenerative medicine service, is direct-pay and is not billed to insurance.

My insurance says it covers these tests — why are the CheckUp USA Longevity program panels direct-pay?

Insurance pays for testing to diagnose and treat a condition you already have — usually after symptoms appear or an event like a heart attack, or once cancer, Alzheimer's, or a gut disease has actually been diagnosed. CheckUp USA Longevity program testing is the opposite: preventive and predictive. We test to find risk early, while you're still well, so we can act to keep a condition from developing. Because you don't have a diagnosed condition, there's no covered diagnosis to bill against — and we won't put a false diagnosis on your record to obtain coverage. We also pair your results with advanced, AI-driven predictive analysis and a personalized, tailored prevention plan — care that's beyond the scope of insurance-covered services. That's why these preventive panels are direct-pay. If you ask your insurer whether these tests are covered even when you do not have a diagnosed condition, they will give you the correct answer.

What is CheckUp USA Longevity program?

CheckUp USA Longevity program is Iyer Health's physician-led longevity program, operated by Nova Health Management & Research Group. It offers longevity, regenerative, functional, and aesthetic medicine on a direct-pay basis, led personally by Ravi Iyer, MD.

Can I add longevity services without a membership?

Yes. All CheckUp USA Longevity program services — advanced diagnostics, regenerative treatments, functional medicine consults, and aesthetic care — are available à la carte, one visit at a time, with no membership required. Membership is entirely optional: an exclusive annual membership — with the membership roster capped per physician to ensure quality of access — is available for those who want the deepest level of access and priority scheduling.
